Delete your SereneFlow account
SereneFlow is operated by Hangzhou Buyue Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. This page explains how to delete your SereneFlow account and what happens to your data.
Delete your account from inside the app
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately — no email required.
- Open SereneFlow and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password when prompted.
Delete your account by email
If you can no longer sign in, email service@thesereneguard.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond without undue delay and within 45 days.
What is deleted
- Your login credentials and account record
- Your profile: display name, email address, profile photo, the recovery stage you selected, and your reminder settings
- Your check-in history and practice minutes
- Community content you contributed — the posts and questions you created together with their replies and answers, and the contributions you made to other members' threads
- The list of members you had blocked
What is retained, and for how long
- Backups. Deleted records may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before those backups expire.
- Records we are required to keep. Where the law requires us to retain certain information, we keep only what is required and for no longer than required.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove individual items. You can delete your own posts, replies, questions and answers from inside the app, change or clear your profile photo and display name under Profile → Edit profile, and turn off reminders under Profile → Reminders. For anything else, email service@thesereneguard.com.
