- Large (28 count): This large-size SereneGuard is suitable for women with a waist size of 37–45 inches, a weight of 160–210 lbs, or a pants size of 8–16. It provides up to 12 hours of protection.
- Medium (30 count): This medium-size SereneGuard is suitable for women with a waist size of 30–38 inches, a weight of 125–175 lbs, or a pants size of 16–20. It provides up to 12 hours of protection.

How to Use
How to Use
- Tear open the seal line before first use.
- Remove the SereneGuard from the package.
- After removing the SereneGuard, reseal the strip to keep the remaining product clean.
- Put on the SereneGuard just like regular underwear.
- After use, tear it open from the side for disposal (or take it off and discard).
